Posts are widely used for restoring endodontically treated teeth with insufficient coronal tooth structure. Custom made cast metal post and core systems have a long history of successful use due to their superior physical properties. Prefabricated post systems have recently become more popular because they can provide satisfactory results, while saving time and reducing costs. Materials and Method: Post spaces were prepared in 60 extracted caries free teeth, and divided into two main groups of 30 teeth each for cast metal and glass fibre posts. These groups were further divided into 3 subgroups of 10 specimens each I) Control group without any surface treatment, II) Specimens treated with 57% ethanol, III) Specimens air abraded with 50um air borne alumina particles. Teeth were mounted in acrylic blocks prepared from a specially fabricated metal device. Posts were luted in the prepared post spaces with glass ionomer luting cement. Retentive strength was tested by Universal testing machine at 2mm/min crosshead speed. Results: Sand blasting of cast metal posts showed more significant improvement in retention compared to both control group and ethyl alcohol treated groups. In case of glass fibre posts, sand blasting significantly improved its retention compared to control group but no significant difference was observed between control and ethyl alcohol treated groups. There was also no significant difference between ethyl alcohol treated and sand blasted group. Conclusion: It was concluded that, sand blasting is an effective method to improve retention of both cast metal and glass fibre posts. Keywords

According to Planning Commission report,22 million stalled workers are required for industry, but only 4.3 million workforce are to ready get trained. So only 10% workers are available against the actual requirement of industry. To overcome this, Indian government has launched various skill development scehems, but faced various obstacles by skill development agencies. The mission of skill development has started in India since 2009 under UPA government. An entity was set up by the name of NSDC under ministry of finance. It was based on the model of public private partner Ship (PPP).Under this model, 51 percent holding of private sector and 49 percent of the center government. It started with a initial amount of Rs 10 crore to stimulate and support private sector action in skill development. Initially Nsdcincludes22sectorskillcouncilsand87trammgpartnerwithover2500trammg centers across India. The overall objective was to skill 500 million people by 2022.From 2009 to till, So many challenges has faced by system in implementation of skill development program. So, in order to achieve "Skill India" mission successfully, various actions should be taken for proper implementation to refine the execution of skill development program. Keywords

Printing technology has travelled in this innovative time so far since the time when John Guttenberg the father of printing invented printing moveable types. During this long period of passes the printing industry has achieved so many milestones. Time and technology lead to made further progress in this direction. In this age of scientific technology, the latest innovations have given birth to numerous technologies and 3D printing is one among them which revolutionized the entire world. The evolution of 3D printing started when the concept of inkjet printing came into realty. This technology creates a real object from a 3D digital design data by printing layer by layer. The key objective of this paper is to elucidate on various aspects of 3D printing exploring multi-dimensionally and touching new heights in this modern era. Keywords

Marketing is creating needs and satisfying them with a product or service. Product can be tangible or intangible. Marketing efforts convert needs of person into want and desire. Marketing is first step is to identify the needs of person and present the product as a mean to satisfy those need and to present a product we need to convert it in idea/message/slogan to attract masses. Packaging helps to concentrate customer focus on features/benefits/USP of product. Packaging not only contains and protects the product but also attract customer attention and act as silent sales man. This work is an effort made to understand the different marketing models and to suggest a new model representing packaging as integral part of marketing. Keywords

Now a day's printing industry more focused on Quality work but because of defects occurred during production resist the same. As we know Printing Industry has three major section pre-press, press and post press. During print production every job goes through these sections and faced some problems/defects. These defects may produce more wastage and reduce the quality work. So in this study to identify such defects some jobs have tracked. The main aim of this study was to identify such defects so that printing industry overcomes these defects for smooth run. Keywords

Over the last few decades, globalization has evolved the management of several multi-national corporations (MNCs) in terms of integration and development. It has been viewed that the competitive advantage attained by the effective human resource management serves as one of the most valuable asset for the organization's success. At the same time a crucial part of any managerial obedience namely International Human Resource Management (IHRM) has emerged widely (Dowling et al., 1999). It is mainly due to the expansion of business across borders and integration through career development and people management. Hence in order to deal with this varied exposure, strategic arrangements and maneuvers are taken into consideration (Cieri et al., 2005). However the main aim behind the IHRM of global printing companies is to build a workforce which facilitates the company's success globally. According to Brewster et al. (2005) the above mentioned goal can be achieved with the help of IHRM strategies. To be more precise, these strategies are set of actions which help the organization to achieve their competitive advantage over the competitors present at both national and international level. In addition with the IHRM strategy, the internal issues of the MNCs should also be regulated and amalgamated with its overall aims, functioning and facility in a same way it operates in the external surroundings (Grant, 2008). A business strategy imposed on the human resource management serves as the association between its administrative center and the outside environment in printing industry as well. In an organization a business strategy ensures the functioning of innovative techniques and sustainable maturity so as to guarantee competitive advantage rather than market driven conventional advancements (Hall and Vredenburg, 2003).- Improving Adhesion of Side Pasting with the Applications of Grinder for Carton based Packaging Applications

UV based coating is becoming very popular technique to impart smooth finish for carton based packaging applications. But on the side pasting, the adhesives are unable to impart maximum adhesion due to UV coating on it. To avoid the problem, a grinder was used to make the side pasting more functional. Aim of this paper is to find out the influence of grinder on adhesion of side paster for carton based packaging applications. This will help printers to compare the adhesion strength of mono carton before and after applying grinding mechanism. Keywords

The main objective of this research is to outline the importance of the planned rational activities involved in the recruitment and selection procedure of printing industry in India. As it has been observed since several times that many organizations offer jobs pursuit options to the highly educated graduates of the colleges through recruitment process (Barber, 1998). Prior studies have showed and analyzed that how the highly educated and efficient graduates job pursuit and choices are influenced by the recruitment practices of an organization (Jaidi and Yasmina, 2011).Keywords
